Monogram Coffee - Fazenda Sertao Espresso

We had the privilege of visiting Brazil last fall and there we began a new relationship with the team at Carmo Coffee. Carmo has spent many years producing and processing amazing coffees in Brazil with a strong focus on quality standards, innovation and local social projects. They not only process coffees grown on their own family farms, they also partner with other producers from farms of all scales to process and export their coffee.

This particular farm is 850 hectares in total with 330 hectares planted with coffee. The farm is a family operation now managed by Luiz Paulo, the third generation of the Pereira family to have owned and managed the farm.
