Monogram Coffee - La Laguneta Espresso

Mr. Héctor Ricardo Leal Pivaral acquired La Laguneta in 2013, marking the beginning of a comprehensive revitalization effort for the farm, which had been abandoned prior to his ownership. Since then, extensive work has been ongoing to replant and restructure the land. Presently, the focus lies on introducing new and unconventional coffee varieties, while the implementation of advanced drying methods like raised African beds and greenhouses enhances the farming process. Looking forward, La Laguneta is poised to explore innovative processing techniques, with the production of naturally processed coffees already underway, promising further developments in the years ahead.
